Attached and glued production line
A footwear production line with the sole attached and glued. Assembly is a complex artisan technique where the worker’s experience is essential.
The shoe upper is joined to the sole, attaching it to the insole, using a last that models the entire upper to guarantee the correct fit.

Polyurethane Direct Injection Systems
In May 2022 Mondeox completed the installation of a third new robotised production system for PU direct injection at our facility at Aiud, Romania. The current production capacity is 9000 pairs per day, with the latest generation of automated machinery operating 24 hours a day. The shoes with bi-density PU soles guarantee high quality, durability and excellent technical performance.
